I Love smoothies. I love to work out, and as any that works out knows, protein is a big deal. But when I make my protein shakes, my daughters want some as well. So I try my best to make up new recipes that taste good without and with Whey Protein for my daughters to enjoy and me with my protein. Also, helps keep the kids cool on a hot summer day, without them intaking the sugar from the sugar drinks.
1/4 cup strawberries (preferably frozen)
1/4 cup mangoes (preferably frozen)
3 tablespoons of either strawberry yogurt or plain yogurt
1 cup Strawberry juice…. like crystal light & water, or light strawberry juice.
Blend it up until smooth. Enjoy! 🙂
